This flows much, much better. Your VOs still need more work though. Don't get into the habit of saying what the interview is going to say. Your VO mentions the secrets to their success and then the soundbite right after says the same thing. I need the latest script posted so we can better edit that part to make this even better. Your b-roll is great but I'd like to see more closeups.

Do you notice that the lady says the guy started it on Maui but the other guy you interviewed said he started in Kekaha? Those are two misleading facts. Maybe the lady misspoke? If so, we gotta try and recapture that using the correct facts or omit the Maui part out.

Nice job but let's keep working on it!
